excellent access to parks and nearby attractions for city walks

the hotel is just a short stroll from Lee Etta Hoskins Community Park, which was perfect for my leisurely walks, and I found the historical charm of the Old St Ferdinand Shrine nearby to be delightful and enriching during my stay.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend in Florissant with good value. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome during my stay. Try to get a room on the upper floor to avoid noise from the parking lot.

Bedding was filthy.

Upon entering, the room had a musty odor and definitely could use a deep clean. the overall cleanliness seemed questionable, with some stains clearly visible on towels. The bed felt like sleeping on a slab rather than a mattress, leaving me tossing and turning throughout the night. Additionally, the steps leading upstairs felt a bit wobbly, which gave me pause whenever I used them.

The Red Roof Inn offered a reasonable rate, making it a solid value for the stay. The power remained on during a tornado, providing a safe and comfortable place while others lost electricity, which was quite fortunate. The room was clean and provided the basic amenities necessary for a productive work trip.

the internet was pretty slow (which made it hard to work). but the staff were really friendly, the area was quiet, and the access to the interstate was convenient (easy for travel! ).
